CLASSES

There is no "one way" to practice yoga. Combing these styles, as well as others, provide for a healthy and well rounded personal practice. Yoga helps with pain, building muscle, calming the mind, flexibility and stability. I will work with you, through consultations, to develop a plan that best interests your needs and goals, whether you are a beginner or already have a strong practice.

VINYASA

Connecting breath with movement, vinyasa practice is wonderful for beginners and students looking for a challenge. Vinyasa classes focus on building a flow and finding calmness through transitions.

POWER FLOW

Power Flow includes the use of weights and body weight exercises throughout the practice. In this class, there is focus on alignment and foundation while also adding muscle building exercises.

RESTORATIVE

A restorative class focusing on the cooling of the body and holding poses for longer to provide a deep stretch. Props are heavily used throughout class for comfort and alignment. This a wonderful class for calming the body.
